Job Duties
- helping plan and pull off events that reflect who we are, coordinating logistics like venues, vendors, swag, catering, and more
- pitching in on event day, welcoming guests, answering questions, and making sure things run smoothly from start to finish
- keeping our RSVP lists and attendee spreadsheets neat and up to date
- helping manage and organize our event storage, keeping track of inventory, and checking things in and out
- supporting communications and programming around department and team events
- serving as a go-to for venue and vendor information
- jumping in to support your teammates wherever needed excluding licensed activities
