Job Requirements

  • Ability to remain standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
  • engage with guests of all ages by fostering an environment of fun and creativity
  • demonstrate and instruct craft project completion and other activities such as face painting
  • facilitate and implement party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
  • communicate event details with clients and store team members
  • complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
  • adapt event plans based on client feedback and needs
  • create backup or emergency plans for events
  • ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
  • uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after events
  • assist customers in shopping and locating products
  • provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
  • promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards
  • educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
  • assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
  • participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties
  • complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
  • perform store in stock optimization and advertising set duties
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • follow Standard Operating Procedures and comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • interact with others respectfully and positively
  • cross-train in custom framing selling and production
  • maintain daily cleanliness including restrooms
  • complete other duties as assigned
