Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in event coordination or planning
- Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Assist in the full planning and execution of corporate, private, and large-scale events
- Coordinate logistics including venue setup, vendor management, schedules, and event timelines
- Maintain clear communication with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment
- Oversee event operations on-site, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail
- Prepare event materials, reports, and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement
- Support budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation throughout the planning process
