Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with event management software and POS systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends and evenings
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality or service industry experience preferably including event coordination or management
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to utilize systems and software such as POS and CRM
  • Sets high goals and continuously strives for excellence
  • Available for a rotating schedule including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends

Job Duties

  • Act as liaison between club and client to ensure a successful event
  • Write banquet event orders for each group including event overview, schedule, and special requests
  • Plan clients food and beverage events with Sales and Food & Beverage teams
  • Create and execute accurate banquet event orders detailing agenda, menu, room setup, and billing
  • Meet clients upon arrival to conduct pre-event reviews and introduce key staff
  • Communicate last minute changes to club staff and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct post-event reviews with clients including presentation of banquet checks and sending thank you notes
  • Work with Sales team to forecast monthly private event revenue and achieve monthly revenue goals
  • Manage and maintain client information and reports accurately and promptly
