Job Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the United States
Submit and complete a background check
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

Food and beverage experience preferred
TABC and Serve Safe Food Handlers certifications required
High school diploma or equivalent
Extreme ownership and responsibility for tasks
Enthusiastic about helping clients and making events memorable
Attention to detail
Confident in coordinating and executing events
Excellent communication with coworkers and clients
Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand or walk for 8-12 hours

Job Duties

Attend detail meetings and lead rehearsal activities
Oversee the wedding ceremony processional and recessional
Complete coordinator tasks during receptions to ensure a smooth event flow
Collaborate as part of the banquet team to deliver outstanding service
Maintain venue cleanliness and organization at all times
