Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous event coordination or customer service experience preferred
  • Availability to work on November 18th, 2025 in Houston, TX
  • Ability to follow dress code of black pants and white shirt or black dress for women
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Support registration and light day-of logistics
  • One candidate leading registration using CVENT
  • Another candidate handling logistics
  • Making sure passed appetizers are going out on time
  • Ensuring sufficient amount of chairs
  • Maintaining professional and polite interaction with event attendees
  • Adhering to the required dress code
