Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous event coordination or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work on November 18th, 2025 in Houston, TX
- Ability to follow dress code of black pants and white shirt or black dress for women
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours between 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Reliability and punctuality

Job Duties
- Support registration and light day-of logistics
- One candidate leading registration using CVENT
- Another candidate handling logistics
- Making sure passed appetizers are going out on time
- Ensuring sufficient amount of chairs
- Maintaining professional and polite interaction with event attendees
- Adhering to the required dress code
