  • experience in administrative or hospitality support roles
  • ability to adhere to company policies and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support across hotel departments
  • prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
  • act as liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout event processes
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional appearance and communication
  • support team goals and foster positive working relationships
