Job Duties
- provide administrative support across hotel departments
- prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
- serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
- act as liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout event processes
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- maintain professional appearance and communication
- support team goals and foster positive working relationships
