- prior experience in event coordination or retail customer service

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities like face painting
- implement party add-ons according to company standards
- communicate with clients and store team members regarding events
- complete administrative tasks such as answering emails and paperwork
- adjust plans based on client feedback
- create backup plans for emergencies
- ensure client satisfaction
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards before, during, and after events
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
- maintain merchandise recovery and Store in Stock Optimization
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully with customers and team members
- cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness tasks
