- four-year hospitality degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 18 months hotel experience preferred

Job Duties
- service events
- collaborate with sales, event sales and planning managers on administrative duties
- negotiate and review contracts
- service banquet food, beverage, and setup including menu planning and agenda setting
- provide hotel meeting services and hospitality amenities
- handle special VIP requests
- facilitate communication before, during, and post event with hotel staff
- assist in hosting site inspections
- participate and lead event and staff meetings
- demonstrate initiative and problem solving
