Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • One-two years of experience in events hospitality management or customer service
  • Significant evening weekend and occasional holiday availability
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with three in-office days per week
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Serve as on-site lead for assigned events ensuring setup execution and breakdown
  • Support CES event managers during large or complex events by coordinating logistics assisting with client communication and resolving on-site issues in real time
  • Manage a limited portfolio of events independently from contracting through post-event closeout
  • Oversee and ensure timely completion of work orders with facilities custodial catering AV and parking services
  • Maintain accurate event records and enter details updates into Momentus
  • Provide strong customer service and maintain professionalism during high pressure event environments
  • Use discretion and independent judgement on-site when last-minute decisions need to be made with vendors or clients
