Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in event coordination or related field
Strong proficiency in project management tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of event logistics from start to finish
Coordinate with clients to understand goals, requirements, and desired outcomes
Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and event resources
Supervise on-site operations to ensure seamless execution
Maintain detailed timelines, budgets, and post-event reports
Support the creative development of event concepts and experiences
