Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcoming and engaging with all guests as an ambassador of fun
- Understanding event packages and add-ons
- Selling, scheduling and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
- Utilizing systems to input sales revenue and guest information
- Partnering with the sales manager to exceed sales targets
- Prospecting and cold calling for new and repeat business
- Supporting local store marketing initiatives
- Attending weekly sales meetings
- Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
