Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong understanding of client programs and events
- ability to respond within 5 minutes and resolve issues within 15 minutes
- physical ability to handle boxes up to 25 pounds
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to perform meeting room, cleanliness, and maintenance walkthroughs
- attend pre-convention meetings
- ability to anticipate guests' needs and resolve potential problems
- capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Take phone inquiries
- enter data into the internal system including preparing contracts and addendums
- perform site preparation and meeting room inspections
- facilitate communication before, during, and after events
- act as liaison between Event Planning Managers and Meeting Planners
- interact with operational departments to ensure successful events
- handle service recovery to turn negative experiences into positive ones
