Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of event coordination or related experience
  • self-motivated and highly organized
  • willingness to travel including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent computer skills including Google platform, Microsoft and Apple applications, Microsoft Office suite, Slack, and Google chat
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • background in event coordination or similar role with preferably 2+ years experience
  • self-motivated and highly organized
  • excellent computer skills with proficiency in Google platform, Microsoft and Apple applications, Microsoft Office suite, Slack, Google chat, and collaborative team project software
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail
  • positive attitude and results-oriented

  • excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in planning and executing client events supporting the Project Team and Account Director
  • execute event planning tasks including sourcing decor, furniture, transportation, graphic development, staffing, and F&B support
  • coordinate and manage all internal planning and tracking documents such as timelines and meeting action items
  • coordinate with third-party vendors and manage their briefing and performance
  • capture detailed notes during meetings and follow up with recaps and action items
  • support vendor, venue, and contractor database management
  • maintain client files including contracts, work orders, budgets, and schedules in digital platforms
  • develop expertise in company tools and processes
  • support budget development for assigned areas
  • assist with team communications
  • foster positive relationships internally and with clients
  • travel to events and support onsite execution as needed
