Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in hospitality, event management, communications, business administration, or related field
- Two years of professional experience in event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or office administration with demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or financial transaction processing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to greet and assist guests in person, over the phone, and through electronic communications
- Background check

- Two years of professional experience in event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or office administration
- Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or financial transaction processing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to greet and assist guests in person, by phone, and electronically
- Experience working in university or conference/event center settings preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise-level financial or scheduling systems like SAP, EMS, or Cvent preferred
- Working knowledge of audiovisual equipment setup and troubleshooting preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as primary contact for clients throughout the event process
- Oversee the reception area and support event logistics coordination
- Coordinate room setups, catering, audiovisual needs, and rental equipment
- Conduct client site tours and provide expert event guidance
- Prepare and manage contracts, process deposits, and handle billing and invoicing
- Maintain accurate event records and generate detailed reports
- Communicate setup requirements and collaborate with facility staff and external vendors
