Job Requirements
- Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or visitor services preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Outgoing and professional demeanor, able to interact with diverse groups of people
- Comfort working outdoors in variable weather and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real time
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is a plus

Job Duties
- Serve as the on-site point person during weekend events, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and safe experience for all guests
- Oversee event setup, vendor arrivals, parking coordination, and breakdown logistics
- Facilitate party and group rentals (greet hosts, assist with materials, manage time and flow)
- Communicate and coordinate with Farm administration on any immediate needs, issues, or changes
- Support with basic AV, signage, and table/chair arrangements as needed
- Help with pre-event preparation and post-event reporting, including basic attendance tracking and feedback collection
- Act as an ambassador for the Farm's values and programs, answering questions and encouraging community engagement
