Job Requirements
- High school graduation
- Three years of progressively responsible office or administrative experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Valid Alaska Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States without restrictions
Job Qualifications
- High school graduation
- Three years progressively responsible office or administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience in hospitality or events management for at least two years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supervising student staff
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Oversee event bookings and facilitation for on-campus and off-campus clients
- Process event requests and schedule logistics
- Coordinate event setups including audio-visual requirements
- Manage billing and budget estimates for events
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and event rebooking
- Support divisional needs and special projects as assigned
- Collaborate with the General Manager and other staff members
