Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event coordination or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
  • Availability to work full-time on-site in Houston, TX

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned events, including logistics, budgets, and timelines
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and service providers
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up
  • Manage event staff and ensure smooth on-site operations
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate event documentation
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards in every event
