Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience in food and beverage or club management
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a food and beverage setting
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of fine dining service standards banquet operations and upscale hospitality practices
  • Ability to prioritize manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with POS systems and standard office software including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of cost control inventory and labor management principles

Job Duties

  • Manage and direct all front-of-house food and beverage operations including dining service banquets and special events at The Legend at Brandybrook
  • Recruit train schedule and supervise service staff to ensure high service standards are met or exceeded
  • Conduct daily team meetings and provide coaching support and feedback to enhance staff performance and service quality
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Events Manager to ensure timely and coordinated service delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels assist with ordering and help manage labor and operational expenses within budget
  • Respond to member inquiries feedback and concerns with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Oversee setup and breakdown of dining and event spaces to align with club expectations
  • Ensure all food service areas comply with health safety and sanitation standards
  • Implement and maintain training procedures and service protocols
