Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children and children's events
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and reaching
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail or customer service
- Ability to adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must be able to perform essential job functions or request reasonable accommodations if needed

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by fostering a fun and creative atmosphere
- Demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and activities like face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and store team members about event details
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create contingency plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold company safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist customers in shopping and provide solutions
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote rewards programs and credit card enrollments
- Educate customers on customer feedback surveys
- Support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram tasks
- Perform merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- Follow standard operating procedures and company policies
- Maintain positive and respectful interactions with customers and team members
- Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
