Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of event planning, project management, or related professional experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event/project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Eventbrite)

Job Duties

  • Develop and manage event timelines, production schedules, and checklists
  • Coordinate venues, vendors, permits, and equipment
  • Oversee travel, accommodations, catering, and related arrangements
  • Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Direct staff, volunteers, and contractors during events
  • Ensure all operations meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Partner with marketing teams to promote events across digital and print platforms
  • Work closely with sponsorship, ticketing, and community engagement teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, sponsors, and attendees
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, invoices, and expense reports
  • Track key metrics, including attendance, revenue, and guest satisfaction
  • Produce post-event evaluations and recommendations for improvement
