Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with all guests
- understanding event packages and add-ons
- selling, scheduling and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
- inputting sales revenue, guest information, and follow-up tasks into software systems
- partnering with Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and achieve quarterly plans
- prospecting and cold calling for new and repeat business
- supporting local store marketing initiatives
- attending and contributing in weekly sales meetings
- performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
