Job Requirements
- Valid RAMP/TIPS Certification
- Ability to stand and walk regularly

Job Duties
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, training and supervising all hostesses and servers
- Inventory and order all office and front of house supplies
- Clean, maintain, organize and stock host stand and server stations
- Field all party inquiries, administer contracts and execute private parties
- Book and maintain all private events
- Floor management during lunch and dinner shifts
- Host mandatory pre-shift meetings and update pre-shift notes
- Manage social media sites and update events calendar and website
- Design and implement promotional materials and promote various events
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to customer feedback
- Network and participate in community outreach to grow sales
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
