Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcoming and engaging with all guests while promoting a fun atmosphere
- Understanding and explaining event packages and add-ons
- Selling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
- Using systems to input sales revenue and guest information and create follow-up tasks
- Partnering with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and achieve quarterly plans
- Prospecting and cold calling to develop new and repeat business
- Supporting local store marketing initiatives to increase sales
- Attending and participating in weekly sales meetings
- Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
