Job Requirements

  • 3+ years prior experience in events, facilities/property management, hospitality or related field
  • Ability to oversee the full life cycle of events from inception through client collaboration and scheduling to execution
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift and transport materials independently up to 50 pounds and with assistance up to 75 pounds
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years prior experience in events, facilities/property management, hospitality or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accurate grammar and business correspondence abilities
  • Ability to lift and transport materials up to 50 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with assistance
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
  • Knowledge of facilities management software (preferred)
  • Strong strategic multitasking and prioritization skills with ability to manage changing deadlines (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented work style (preferred)
  • Experience supporting workplace solutions teams in administrative capacities (preferred)
  • G-Suite proficiency (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Manage customer service requests to ensure timely response and exceptional customer experience
  • Facilitate communications between event stakeholders and coordinate all event logistics
  • Oversee Event Setup team performance and monitor cost effectiveness across operations
  • Utilize online ticketing and work order software to track and complete setup requests before deadlines
  • Set up and dismantle meeting and event spaces, ensuring rooms and equipment are clean and functional
  • Support customers and vendors during onsite meetings and events as their primary point of contact
  • Schedule conference rooms and coordinate events using customer preferred scheduling systems
  • Contact and direct outside service providers to meet specific customer requirements
  • Oversee office amenities such as Pop-Up Shops and coordinate local vendor visits
  • Other duties as assigned
