  • 1-3 years of experience in event planning coordination or production
  • strong organizational and time-management skills
  • attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in microsoft office
  • ability to work on-site and travel for events

Job Duties

  • plan and oversee the production of branded events including timelines budgets and deliverables
  • coordinate with vendors venues partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • conduct site inspections and pre-event planning meetings
  • manage event set-up on-site logistics and post-event breakdown
  • handle real-time problem-solving and ensure high-quality delivery
  • track expenses prepare reports and evaluate event performance metrics
  • maintain strong communication with clients and support creative briefing sessions
