Job Requirements

Prior food and beverage or retail experience
Sales experience a plus
Guest focused mindset
Teamwork is a must
Relationship building skills
Proficient in software such as Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM
Effective communication with management, team members and guests

Job Duties

Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
Welcoming and engaging with all guests as an ambassador of fun
Understanding all aspects of event packages and add-ons
Selling, scheduling and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
Utilizing systems and programs to input sales revenue and guest information
Partnering with the Sales Manager to exceed budgeted event sales targets
Prospecting and cold calling to develop relationships for new and repeat business
