Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages by fostering a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct party participants on craft projects and activities such as face painting
- facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust plans based on client feedback and develop backup or emergency plans
- ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up and breaking down events
- assist customers with product location and shopping solutions
- provide fast and friendly checkout
- promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- conduct merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities
