Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or social setting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in event management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, ensuring all details are handled professionally and timely
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and expectations, providing expert advice and solutions
  • Manage event budgets, tracking all expenses and ensuring adherence to financial plans
  • Research and secure suitable venues, vendors, and suppliers, negotiating terms and contracts as needed
  • Develop event proposals, timelines, and checklists to ensure organized execution of events
  • Oversee event logistics, including catering, audio-visual services, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination
