Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to use POS and CRM software
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • attention to detail and problem-solving capability

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality or service industry experience preferably including event coordination or management
  • excellent guest service skills
  • strong prioritization, planning, and organizational abilities
  • proficiency with systems and software such as POS and CRM
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
  • availability for a rotating schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Act as liaison between club and client to ensure a successful event
  • write Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) detailing event schedule, objectives, AV needs, VIP arrangements, and billing
  • plan food and beverage events in coordination with Sales and Food & Beverage teams including menu, wine selection, decorations, entertainment, and AV requirements
  • create and execute accurate banquet event orders specifying agenda, menu, room setup, and billing
  • conduct pre-event reviews with clients and introduce key staff
  • communicate last-minute event changes to club staff and ensure satisfactory follow-up
  • perform post-event reviews including presentation of banquet checks
  • send thank you notes and gather client feedback through surveys
  • collaborate with Sales team to generate monthly forecast of event revenue
  • ensure attainment of monthly revenue goals
  • manage and maintain client information and reports accurately and promptly
