Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in event coordination or customer service
- proven ability to work with children and manage children’s events
- excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication
- strong organizational, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills
- retail and customer service experience
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with people of all ages
- teamwork and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage attendees of all ages by fostering a fun and creative atmosphere
- demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
- facilitate and implement event add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- communicate effectively with clients and store team members regarding event details
- perform administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and completing necessary paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback and create contingency plans for event success
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards before, during, and after events including setup and breakdown
- assist customers in shopping and product location
- provide fast and friendly checkout service
- promote and enroll customers in Rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards
- educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys
- assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
- perform other duties as assigned
