Job Requirements
- Hospitality or service industry experience
- Event coordination or management experience preferred
- Excellent guest service skills
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with POS and CRM systems
- Ability to set high goals and strive for excellence
- Willingness to work rotating schedules including early mornings, evenings and weekends

- Availability for rotating schedule including early mornings, evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Act as liaison between club and client to ensure a successful event
- Obtain billing and coordinate on-site event logistics
- Coordinate outside vendors and enforce contracts
- Write banquet event orders detailing event objectives, schedules, and requirements
- Plan clients food and beverage events in coordination with Sales and Food & Beverage
- Meet clients upon arrival to conduct pre-event reviews
- Communicate last minute changes to club staff and ensure satisfactory follow up
- Conduct post event review including presentation of banquet checks
- Send thank you notes and manage feedback surveys
- Generate accurate monthly forecast of revenue with Sales team
- Manage and maintain client information and reports
