Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid RAMP/TIPS certification
  • Ability to stand and walk regularly
  • Capability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, training and supervising all hostesses and servers
  • Inventory and order all office and front of the house supplies
  • Clean, maintain, organize and stock host stand and server stations
  • Field all party inquiries, administer all contracts and execute all private parties
  • Floor management during lunch and dinner, including assisting at hostess stand and supporting wait/bar staff
  • Host mandatory pre-shift meetings for wait staff and bartenders
  • Update and maintain accurate pre-shift notes, intranet, events calendar and website
  • Maintain social media sites and promote various nights and events
  • Control volume, lighting and temperature throughout the shifts
  • Check and respond to online reviews and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Participate in community networking and outreach programs to grow sales
  • Complete and distribute bar cards daily
