Prior food and beverage or retail experience

Job Duties

Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
Welcoming and engaging with all Guests as an ambassador of fun
Understanding all aspects of event packages and add-ons
Selling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
Utilizing systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow-up tasks
Partnering with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and achieve quarterly plans
Prospecting and cold calling to develop new and repeat business
Supporting local store marketing initiatives
Attending and engaging in weekly sales meetings
Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
