Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or equivalent experience
- Four to five years project coordination experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access helpful
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to interact with upper management
- Flexibility to handle multiple and changing priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to organize and coordinate projects among diverse departments
- Ability to work well under pressure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with the planning and execution of corporate field events
- Prepare rooming lists, seating assignments, event decor, entertainment, transportation, VIP handling, menus
- Develop registration websites and print materials
- Prepare email communication to qualifiers with registration details
- Create registration reports and provide to management
- Implement flight rules and dollar limits with travel company
- Respond to inquiries and escalate challenges
- Provide on-site event assistance and manage vendor coordination
- Support registration process with registration company
- Monitor PayPal account and process special requests
- Manage event budgets and expense validation
- Prepare invoices and travel reimbursements for payment
- Prepare final event documents and obtain approvals
- Maintain supplies and submit purchase orders
- Coordinate COB plans and documents
- Assist with large group operations, gift shop, and tours as needed
