- 4 to 5 years project coordination experience
- proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Duties
- Assist with the planning and execution of corporate field events
- execute assigned tasks such as preparing rooming lists, website development, seating assignments, event decor, entertainment arrangements, air and ground transportation, VIP special handling, and menus
- develop registration websites and print materials
- prepare email communications and registration reports
- implement flight rules and budget limits with the travel company
- respond to phone and email inquiries
- escalate complex challenges
- provide on-site event support and direction to hotel staff, transportation companies, DMCs, and vendors
- assist with on-site registration and provide exceptional customer service
- develop and manage event mobile app using CVent software
- support website developer and complete training on CVent
- monitor registration sites and PayPal account
- assist with convention registration process
- manage event budgets and monitor event expenses
- validate and prepare event invoices and travel reimbursements
- prepare and distribute final event documents
- maintain supplies and manage purchase orders
- act as coordinator for COB processes
- provide assistance with large groups and special activities such as Gift Shop and tours
- operate POS registers when necessary
