Job Requirements
- Must be available to work between February 25 and March 9, 2026
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to perform additional duties as needed
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen tasks
Job Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years cooking experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening and problem solving skills
- Interpersonal and time management skills
- Guest relation skills
- Adaptability
- Must be available to work from February 25 through March 8, 2026
Job Duties
- Prepare food based on point of sale printers
- Ensure proper food presentation and cooking temperatures per Cook's Recipe Manual
- Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
- Manage stock, prepare raw foods, and conduct shift inventory
- Prepare food for buffets according to standards
- Maintain kitchen sanitation per local health regulations
- Perform opening and closing side duties
- Assist the Chef with assigned duties and banquets
- Engage positively with employees and guests
- Exemplify Forbes Hamilton Standards of Excellence
- Assist with dishwashing duties when required
