Job Requirements
- Must be local to the city listed
- Must be available to work full shifts Thursday April 10th to Sunday April 12th 2026
- Must have reliable vehicle
- Must be available to work future event weekends including April 17-19, April 24-26, and May 1-3 2026
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and be on feet for long periods
- Must be willing to work up to 12-hour shifts on event days
- Must be comfortable traveling up to 40 miles one way
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must complete a pre-event background check
- Must be familiar with iOS devices and products
- Must be personable and professional at all times
- Must have the ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Must possess a positive winning attitude
- Experience in live event production or sports is a plus
- Knowledge of grassroots soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football or wrestling is a plus
- Must have a current and valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Receive and handle all event equipment including camera gear and marketing assets
- Set up BallerTV's streaming system at each court or field efficiently and safely
- Monitor and ensure that every game stream is stable and consistent
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and technology problems
- Maintain continuous communication with the BallerTV team during events
- Operate under time-sensitive and physically demanding conditions
- Enjoy watching live sports during event shifts
