Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Complete a pre-event background check
- Be familiar with iOS devices and products
- Maintain a professional and personable demeanor
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Possess a positive attitude
- Willingness to work weekends with flexible scheduling
- Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on feet for long periods
- Have reliable transportation
- Live local to the city listed
- Be willing to travel up to 40 miles one way for events
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must complete a pre-event background check
- Must be familiar with iOS devices and products
- Must be personable and professional at all times
- Must have the ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Must possess a positive winning attitude
- Experience in live event production or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Knowledge and interest in grassroots sports like soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, and wrestling preferred
- Having a current and valid driver's license preferred
Job Duties
- Receive and handle all event equipment including camera gear and marketing assets
- Set up BallerTV's streaming system at each court or field efficiently and safely
- Operate and troubleshoot streaming equipment and technology during events
- Monitor live game streams to ensure steady and consistent broadcast quality
- Maintain communication with the BallerTV team throughout events
- Manage setup and takedown of streaming equipment
- Travel to event locations potentially up to 40 miles away
- Work extended shifts that may last over 12 hours per day, especially during weekend tournaments
