Job Requirements

Must complete a pre-event background check
Must have reliable transportation and a car
Must live within 20 minutes of Walnut Creek
Must be able to work long hours including early mornings and late evenings
Must be physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Must be available from December 27 to 30 for all scheduled shifts
Must be able to use and troubleshoot streaming technology independently

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age
Must be familiar with iOS devices and products
Must be personable and professional at all times
Must have the ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Must possess a positive winning attitude
Experience in live event production or sports is a plus
Knowledge or interest in grassroots sports such as soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, or wrestling is a plus
Having a valid driver’s license to transport equipment is preferred

Job Duties

Set up cameras, power supply, and wifi for streaming at each court
Monitor live streams throughout the day to ensure steady and consistent broadcasting
Move cameras to different courts as needed during the event
Troubleshoot streaming equipment and technology issues promptly
Communicate with the BallerTV team throughout the event to resolve any problems
Take down and pack all broadcasting equipment at the end of each day
Safely transport event gear to and from venues including possible FedEx pickups and returns
