Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Must complete a pre-event background check
Must be familiar with iOS devices and products
Must be personable and professional at all times
Must have the ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Must possess a positive winning attitude

Experience in live event production, sports, or customer-facing positions is a plus
Knowledge and interest in grassroots sports such as soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, or wrestling is a plus
Current and valid driver's license to receive and transport event equipment

Job Duties

Receive and handle all event equipment including camera gear and marketing assets
Set up BallerTV's streaming system and filming equipment at each court or field
Move safely, efficiently, and with urgency during work shifts
Monitor and ensure each game's stream is steady and consistent
Operate and troubleshoot equipment and technology during events
Maintain communication with the BallerTV team throughout events
Enjoy watching live sports while working
