- Experience in event rentals, hospitality, or sales preferred but not required
- Passion for design, trends, and creating memorable experiences
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in an evolving environment
- Tech savvy with proficiency in CRM and POS systems
- Flexible schedule including availability on Saturdays

Job Duties
- You’ll help clients, planners, and creatives bring their visions to life using our curated rental collection
- Curate Experiences: Guide clients through our rental collections to create cohesive, memorable events
- Be the Expert: Know our pieces inside & out & style them for weddings, corporate events, & private gatherings
- Deliver Hospitality-Driven Service: Provide warm, attentive support via email, phone, & in-person consultations
- Support the Showroom: Welcome walk-ins, manage quick-turn rentals, & keep the showroom inspiring & on-brand
- Build Relationships: Connect with planners, venues, caterers, & repeat clients to grow loyalty
- Manage Accounts: Be the main contact for returning clients & high-touch projects
- Promote the Brand: Represent Trend at industry events & networking opportunities
- Elevate Every Detail: Ensure quotes, contracts, & rental documents are accurate
