Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host prior to functions to confirm arrangements
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and requirements
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event requests
- Follow up on special arrangements to ensure compliance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipating and addressing their service needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Observe safety protocols and report any hazards
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Visually inspect equipment and venue setup
- Stand, walk, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
