Job Duties
- Serve as primary point of contact for meeting and event planners
- Manage and address special requests and needs during events
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event logistics
- Anticipate event needs and proactively resolve issues
- Provide on-site support throughout the duration of events
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
