Job Requirements

- Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for meeting and event planners and guests
- Address and fulfill special requests and needs during events
- Collaborate with internal hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively resolve them on-site
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel’s meeting facilities and event details
- Provide timely communication and updates to event planners and management
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
