Job Duties
- Act as the liaison between Event Sales/Event Planning Manager and on-site meeting contacts
- Handle and address special needs or requests during events
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event details
- Coordinate group dynamics to ensure smooth event execution
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor event progress and resolve issues promptly
- Support the event team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
