Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Hospitality background or college degree preferred
  • Previous event coordination experience preferred

  • Serve as liaison between event sales or planning managers and on-site meeting contacts
  • Address and handle special guest needs or requests
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event specifics
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with guests and colleagues
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Support event setup and coordination activities
