Job Duties
- Serve as the primary liaison between event sales and on-site event contacts
- Coordinate detailed event requirements and logistics
- Address and fulfill special requests from guests and event planners
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel meeting spaces and capabilities
- Facilitate communication among departments to ensure event success
- Monitor event progress to resolve any issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience
