Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary liaison between event sales and on-site event contacts
  • Coordinate detailed event requirements and logistics
  • Address and fulfill special requests from guests and event planners
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel meeting spaces and capabilities
  • Facilitate communication among departments to ensure event success
  • Monitor event progress to resolve any issues promptly
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience
