Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient computer skills
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using event management software is a plus
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Customer service oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Serve as the liaison between Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact
- Handle and address special needs or requests related to meetings and events
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel’s meeting facilities and event specifics
- Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth operation of events
- Communicate effectively with guests and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
- Manage event setup and breakdown in collaboration with relevant departments
- Respond promptly to any issues or changes during events
