Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using event management software is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Customer service oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Serve as the liaison between Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact
  • Handle and address special needs or requests related to meetings and events
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel’s meeting facilities and event specifics
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth operation of events
  • Communicate effectively with guests and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage event setup and breakdown in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Respond promptly to any issues or changes during events
