Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push 25 lbs
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a background check

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (approximately 25 lbs)
  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in a concierge or event coordination role preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel meeting facilities and group event dynamics

Job Duties

  • Serve as liaison between event sales or event planning manager and on-site meeting contacts
  • Handle and address special needs or requests from event attendees
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event specifics
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure event success
  • Monitor group dynamics and adapt to changing event requirements
  • Provide exceptional guest service during events
  • Assist with setup or logistical support for events as needed
